  • Can I modify an order or cancel it after placed on the website?

    Great question. If the order is still in our warehouse it can be easily modified or canceled. If it is already shipped, you will have to wait until it arrives. Please and we will assist you.
  • How long will it take to get my refund?

    While it usually takes just a few days, please allow up to 10 business days for you refund to appear in your credit card / bank statement.
  • Is it easy to return items? How do I do that?

  • What is the price for shipping? Do you offer free shipping?

    Fabric gives you flexibility in choosing the shipping method you prefer. You can choose free shipping and get your package within 2-5 business days, or choose a faster USPS priority mail for $10. If you are having issues with receiving USPS mail, you can go for UPS Express which costs $20.
  • What items are returnable?

    Your satisfaction is important to us. This is why all of our items are returnable.
  • What shipping method do you use?

    We offer three shipping methods: - A free of charge standard USPS first class mail. Shipping takes 2-5 business days. - USPS priority mail. Shipping takes 1-3 business days. - UPS express air mail. Shipping takes 2 business days.
